Director
Dr. Burbank is a Director of the foundation and serves as President.  Dr. Burbank is a founding partner of Salt Creek Medical and a Managing Partner of the Salt Creek Fund I.  He is Chairman of the Board for Mariposa Biotechnology and Sensory Medical. Dr. Burbank was the founder of three successful medical device companies: Biopsys Medical, Vascular Control Systems, and SenoRx.  Dr. Burbank received his M.D. and B.A. degrees from Stanford University.

Mr. Jones serves as a Director of the foundation and serves as the CF0.  Mr. Jones is a founding partner of Salt Creek Medical and a Managing Partner of the Salt Creek Fund I.  He serves as a board director for Sensory Medical. Mr. Jones was also a founder of Vascular Control Systems.  Mr. Jones holds a M.S. degree in Engineering Mechanics and Materials from California State University, Long Beach and a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
